Experience: Minimum 2 yeras of experience in hotel industry or n a positionof handling administration in a reputed organization
Knowledge/Ability: Develop and set revenue sales strategies for the hotel to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored and sales goals are achieved. Regularly sell hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage through direct client contacts.

Age: At least 25 years
Education: Bachelor n Hotel Management or graduate with requred experience in food & Beverage operations/outlets in a reputed hotel
Experience: 5 to8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience,or an equivalent combnaton of education and experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge/Ability: Manage food and beverage opertonsto ensure quality servce and standards while deliverin a guest experience that is unique. Ensure compliance wth all federal, state and local regulatons concering helath,safety, or other requirements.
Positions: Manager /Asst.manaer- Kitchen Stewarding (one)
Age: Below 40 years
Education: Education: Must be a graduate or Vocational Certificate in any recognised field. Preference will be given to Hotel Management graduate from a recognized Hotel Management institution.
Experience: 5-7 years' experience as Kitchen Stewarding In-charge/ Supervisor, with at least 4 year in a supervisory capacity in a five star hotel, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Ability: Manager/Asst. Manager - Kitchen Stewarding manages the cleanliness and maintenance of all F&B equipment in used and in store. S/he is responsible to establish and maintain high sanitation standards in all food preparation area, Sets standards in cleaning procedure, store keeper in line with company policies. Handles administrative works and keeps up-dated files on the Stewarding matters concerning Finance, Standards, Training, Outlets, Meetings etc.; Determines the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all material and equipment; Liaise with the Purchasing Manager and suppliers for any purchase needed for the stewarding operation; Conducts inventories in coordination with employees of the accounting division; Manages all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs; Controls and analyzes, on an on-going basis, the level of Costs, Breakage, Quality of support provided to other sections; Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment; Guest satisfaction and keeps aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in food and beverage through trade literature, hotel show and site visits.
