    SPA Manager

    MINIMUMQUAIJFICATION / EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor's Degree in any field. Must be well-groomed. Candidate should have the quality to deal with guests face to face and telephonically. perfect y capable to manage the guests & employees and should have knowledge of billing. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in related field Good with spoken and written in English. flexibility in schedule.

    • Should have knowledge of all spa service and products, salon
    • Ensure the smooth daily operations or the Spa-like Booking appointments. Inventory of professional products, cleanliness of the areas. linen control. scheduling. Developing customer relationships and measuring customer satisfaction
    • Develop and plan spa treatments and concepts
    • Marketing and promotional strategies, as well as advertising campaigns
    • Use Social Media to engage and market the spa with our members
