    Officer, Marketing and Communications

    Room to Read (RTR) seeks to transform the lives of millions of children in low income countries by focusing on literacy and Gender Inequality in Education.

    RTR Nepal invites applications from interested Nepali citizens for the following positions:

    1. Officer, Marketing and Communications- (Kathmandu based)

    The Officer, Marketing and Communications will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of Room to Read (RTR) Nepal's communication and documentation department under a direct supervision of Country Director (CD). S/he will be responsible for all external commuinication with government, I/NGO and similar organizations.

    The key selection criteria are:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/ English/ Education/Social science etc.
    • Minimum of three years of professionals experience in documentation and communication work.
    • Strong  writing and speaking skills in English and Nepali
    • Ability to manage and work with inetrnal and external partners such as government agencies, I/NGO and similar nature organizations
