    Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance

    Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a center of excellence in comprehensive eye care service delivery including training; research; intraocular lens manufacturing facility; eye bank and community program is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for the following positions on the time-bound basis for the period of two year which is renewable thereafter subject to satisfactory performance.

    Position: Assistant Manager —Quality Assurance

    The Assistant Manager — Quality Assurance will be responsible for all quality systems, product quality and compliance (ISO 9001/ISO 13485 and MDD 93/42/EEC) and product regulations as per standard guidelines.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Master of Science in Microbiology / Quality Assurance /Pharmacy or equivalent.
    • Minimum of three years experience in quality systems and worked as a Sr. Officer Level in
    • Quality Assurance Department at Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing Industries.
    • Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR and GMP
    • Experience in handling documentation and quality assurance policies and procedures
    • Experience in computer programs, the ability to analyze data to monitor performance & plan improvements
    • Knowledge of Internal/External Audit procedures
    • Knowledge and experience of developing/ re-writing QMS documents.
