Job Description :


    A customer service manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through good after sales service on the products sold by the company with the help of a team of assistant, local technicians, and sub-contracted technicians. Other responsibilities of the customer service manager include:

    • Developing customer service manual and implementing it.
    • Addressing customers’ inquiries and complaints
    • Maintaining accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
    • Training employees and technicians to deliver high standard of customer service.
    • Coordinating with Sales and Marketing Manager to discuss ways to improve customer service.
    • Managing and Ordering the Spare Parts from Vendors.
