    • Smart and pleasant personality with bilingual proficiency (Nepali & English)

    • Able to work under pressure and flexible with time

    Job Description

    • Welcomes visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
    • Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
    • Up keeping information and demands
    • Note out the inquiries in the register
    • Hand over the received documents to the concerned department and maintain the register
