    • Able to work under pressure and flexible with time.


    Job Descriptions:

    • Welcomes visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
    • Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
    • Up keeping information and demands.
    • Note out the inquiries in the register.
    • Hand over the received documents to the concerned department and maintain the register.
