- More than 2 years of experience in related field.
- Efficient in computer skills (Office Software).
- Smart and pleasant personality with bilingual proficiency (Nepali & English)
- Working attitude in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible with time.
- Welcomes visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Up keeping information and demands.
- Note out the inquiries in the register.
- Hand over the received documents to the concerned department and maintain the register.
