Sales Executive FULLTIME

Job Description :

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for corporate, travel agent room sales and banquet sales for the hotel.
    • Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies and set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
    • Update action plans and financial objectives.
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
    • Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
    • Able to provide quick and timely responses to clients and develop professional long term business relationships.
    • Provide highest quality of service to the customer at all times. 
    • Support hotels service, relationship strategy and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence to each customer experience.
    • Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings.
    • Prepare sales report in order to review the position of the business flow.

    Required skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree with specialization in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.
    • At least 2 years work experience in a related field.
    • Good communication skills and networking skills.
    • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
    • Excellent grooming standards.
    • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
    • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
    • Experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
    • Knowledge of local market and industry.
    • Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
