Job Description :


    • Make a product marketing strategy to generate and drive demand of our products
    • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
    • Research and analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing, and maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
    • Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn it into increased business: Identify and research on potential clients; approach potential clients, obtain and update client visit details, understand client requirements, demonstrate the products’ features, increase business opportunities through various routes to market
    • Lead proposal to clients: Prepare proposal as per client requirements, coordinate the internal proposal review process, forward proposal to client, negotiate commercial agreements, ensure confirmation of proposal approval, maintain Proposal Approval Confirmation Record and close deals with clients;
    • Prepare Product Requirement Document (PRD): Obtain approval on the same from concerned managers, prepare contract document after receiving confirmation on proposal approval, arrange meeting for signing off the contract document and/or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between client and the company
    • Reports and Documentation: Prepare and Update Daily Marketing Report (Call planning, sales/marketing activities); present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, services and distribution channels
    • Handling customer complaints: Receive complaints/issues, update Customer Complaint Log, understand and analyze customer complaints/ issues, forward the same to the concerned department, track resolution of complaints and inform customer on status of complaints/issues
    • Customer Satisfaction: Review customer complain log, forward customer complaint data to quality representative, review customer feedback, and develop strategies to make customers satisfy.


    • Maintain Confidentiality, and able to handle sensitive information and to communicate tactfully.
    • Can effectively communicate with stakeholders in both English and Nepali
    • Able to manage time, and can work on multiple projects effectively at a time
    • Curious, always willing to research and learn, respect senior members, and follow company regulations
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibility effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Good business sense and industry expertise, should have knowledge of CRM and content management systems
    • Able to work proactively, independently within tight schedule to meet deadlines
    • Technically inclined and must have a strong desire to understand systems and learn new technologies and software

            functionality. Working knowledge and skill level with MS Office Tools is must.
